Method

  1. Spray your sandwich-maker/pan with the fry light and heat up.
  2. Cut the Lo-Dough in half and place onto the Sandwich-maker/pan.
  3. Put the cheese on top and then the other half of the Lo-Dough. If cooking in a pan, turn over halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Serve straight-up or with your favourite condiment/pickle.
