Pudding in a hurry? No problem with Lo-Dough's low-calorie Brownie Mix

For a seriously decadent nifty pudding in two minutes flat, our Brownie Mix is where it's at. Measure approx 50 grams of the mix into a mug (don't forget to scoop up some choc chips!) and add 50 ml of water. Mix well with a fork and smooth off the top and place in a microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes. That's it... dessert is almost served.

That said, right now, you're only at 117 kcal for the cake, so you'd be a fool not to add a generous scoop of low-cal ice cream and a few berries to finish it off. What the heck... maybe a little melted choc or choc sauce too. You'll still be way under 250 calories for a seriously decadent dessert!

Method
