Ultra low calorie peanut butter & jelly sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of Lo-Dough
  • 2 tablespoons of 'PBfit Peanut Butter' (mixed with water as directed on jar)
  • 1 tablespoon of Stute's Blackcurrant Jam
  • 5g of butter (optional)

Method

  1. Cut the Lo-Dough into four quarters.
  2. Spread two of the quarters with a fine layer of butter (if using), followed by the jam.
  3. Spread the other two quarters with the peanut butter.
  4. Stack up in alternate layers and enjoy!
