Shipping and returns

We're bringing Lo-Dough to everyone. Now with 2-5 day shipping from our warehouse in Ireland, dispatched within 24 hours. Free shipping on orders over €65. No customs fees, and a 14 day return policy if you change your mind. Read on for more details.

Shipping methods

Estimates

Orders to the EU should take 2-5 working days. You can track your order to get the most up to date information.

Your order will be sent out within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. For example, if your order is placed on Saturday, it will be dispatched on Monday.

Not going to be home? Check the tracking link we sent to you via email when your order was dispatched. Most of our couriers provide you with alternatives, such as redelivery, a safe space, or leaving with a neighbour.

⚠️  We just launched our brand new shipping network in the EU, which means orders to the EU will arrive faster than ever. Our 2-5 day delivery estimate may change as we ship orders and get a clearer picture of how long this generally takes.

Shipping fees

Your shipping fee will depend on the destination and products in your order. You can see your shipping fee at checkout, after entering your address. We offer free delivery on all orders over €65.

Your local taxes are included in your total after you enter your address at checkout. The rate will be displayed in your order confirmation. Since your order will be shipped from our EU warehouse, you won’t have to pay any additional customs fees.

⚠️  We currently aren’t able to offer free shipping to Norway or Switzerland.

Couriers

We use a number of different couriers. The courier we use is dependent on the size and weight of the parcel. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll be notified of the courier and full tracking information of your order.

Rest of the world

We accept orders for non-EU countries, via our UK store.

Unfortunately, we aren't yet able to ship to the US and Canada. We're hoping this will change soon.

If you find we are not currently shipping to your country, please drop us an email, and we'll try to make it happen.

Cancellation & returns

Changing your mind

We have a 14 day return policy for unopened products. From the day after you receive your item, you have 14 days in which you can return it. The items that you purchased in your order must be returned to us unused and unopened in the original packaging as they were when they were received by you.

If your item has not yet been dispatched and you've changed your mind, contact us and we'll cancel and refund it.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item is damaged or faulty when it arrives, or there's a manufacturing fault, let us know and we'll replace it, or provide a refund. We require proof, so please provide a photo, and ensure the product is still within its 'Best Before' date.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items of Lo-Dough purchased from any other vendor.

Return instructions

To return any item, please contact our customer service team via hello@lodough.co with your order number and reason for return and we’ll guide you further.

We may ask you to securely pack and seal the merchandise in an appropriate shipping box along with a copy of your order details.

Once we have your returns, your refund will be processed via the payment method you used to order (e.g. your debit card or PayPal). This may take up to 10 working days. If you returned more than one item, these transactions may appear separately. Then we'll notify you via email, so you know the transaction has been processed.
