Something a little bit different, but full of flavour... low-calorie pizzas with Lo-Dough.

This little bit of low-calorie pizza perfection sees Lo-Dough being paired up with The Foraging Fox's fantastic Beetroot ketchup. We all know beetroot, goats cheese and walnuts work amazingly in salads... well you should defo check them out on a pizza. A number of the calories on this one are coming from the healthy fats in the walnuts - we like those kinds of calories at Lo-Dough - remember, not all calories are equal! 

As ever, our pizzas are low-calorie, low-carb and high fibre... as well as being super tasty - this one is no exception! Think pink and give this amazing beetroot ketchup a try!

Ingredients

Serves 1
  • 1 piece of Lo-Dough
  • 30g of Foraging Fox Beetroot ketchup
  • 70g of goats cheese
  • 15g of spinach, wilted
  • 20g of walnuts, chopped/crushed

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°C/475F/Gas 9.
  2. Spread the beetroot ketchup across the Lo-Dough in a thin layer, right up to the edge.
  3. Crumble the goats cheese on top of the ketchup, again right to the edge and add the spinach and walnuts evenly across the top. Put it in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  4. Serve with a crack of black pepper.
